LAW-6518 DEATH PENALY SEMINAR: ISSUES IN CAPITAL PUNISHMENT

This seminar will focus on the role of the jury in determining whether to impose the death penalty, how capital juries are selected, the role of state and defense attorneys and mental health issues in capital cases. The course will also discuss the role of post-conviction proceedings but will not focus on them in detail.
