LAW-6141 DRAFTING WILLS & TRUSTS

This is a practical skills course designed to develop and draft documents that are part and parcel of the estate planning practice. You will also be required to prepare documents relating to and become acquainted with various other aspects of a probate practice including guardianships. Class discussion will include review of the documents drafted.
