LAW-6316 BIOETHICS SEMINAR
This course will examine the intersection of law, medical ethics, and Ihealth policy. Topics include: informed consent for medical care; research on human subjects; health care distribution; organ donation and harvesting; public health crises and emergency medical actions; cloning and use of genetic information; withdrawal of nutrition and sterilization for persons with diminished capacity; abortion and surrogacy; and advance directives and end-of-life decision-making
