LAW-6206 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE IN THE COURTROOM
This course is an introductory study of courtroom criminal procedure. It includes understanding the Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments to the United States Constitution; Article I §9 and §12 of the Florida Constitution, and the corresponding case law. Its main focus is on the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.
