LAW-6124 BANKRUPTCY

The objectives of this course are to (1) familiarize the student with the basic principles of bankruptcy law through the examination of large bankruptcy concepts; (2) teach the student to analyze court opinions and statutes; and (3) teach the student to apply the principles of bankruptcy law to hypothetical situations.
