LAW-6407 CONTRACTS THEORY

This seminar course is designed to explore "the basic doctrines of contract law, the story behind their evolution, and the rationales for their continued existence. The goal is to determine if contract law has an underlying structure. This seminar course is specifically designed to enable students to satisfy the law school's upper-level writing requirement (ULWR) by the end of the course.
