LAW-6103 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This course will explore and survey legal issues associated with U.S. Intellectual Property Law. Among other things, we will investigate the parameters of copyright, patent, and trademark law. We will discuss what works are protected by Intellectual Property, what rights are granted to the Intellectual Property owner for how long, what constitutes Intellectual Property infringement, and defenses to infringement actions.
