LAW-6312 FLORIDA EVIDENCE
This is an experiential and skills course, not a lecture or doctrinal course. You will be on your feet in almost every class, arguing evidence provided to you in hypotheticals from which you will pre-prepare your questions and evidentiary arguments to the court. You will either be offering testimony or documents into evidence or objecting to their admission. Additionally, all students will be called upon to serve as witnesses for their fellow students' exercises, although this involves almost no preparation.
