LAW-6115 PRODUCTS LIABILITY

This course will focus on liability issues associated with the design, development, manufacture, marketing and distribution of products. The concepts of strict liability, negligence, breach of warranty and misrepresentation will be addressed. The class will analyze the relative roles of state and federal law, as well as the impact of federal regulation and product approval.
