LAW-6337 SUPREME COURT SESSION REVIEW
This course will cover recent Supreme Court cases decided or to be decided in the current or upcoming terms. In reading a broad cross section of current cases about various issues before the court, this class will be a review of many of the concepts learned in constitutional law. You will pick a topic of your choice to write the paper or this course. The current cases we discuss in class will be a spring board for your paper.
