Wills, Trusts, and Estates is a course that will provide students with a statutory;caselaw, and common-sense approach to estate planning and probate based on Florida law with comparisons to other jurisdictions, as well as the UPC (Uniform Probate Code). Combining reading assignments with class discussion, this course is an overview of the legal framework that guides the jurisprudence behind testacy, intestacy, and trusts.
