LAW-5302 CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

This course provides an introduction to the constitutional law of the United States of America. Our journey is divided roughly into two halves. The first concerns the structure of government, exploring ways by which the Constitution creates and divides national power among various actors. The second concerns the protection of individual rights and liberties, especially those guaranteed by the Bill of Rights and the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the 14th Amendment.
