The course will teach students how to draft objective legal memoranda by presenting students with facts from which they must develop rational outcomes based on researching statutes and case law, and to reduce those outcomes to writing to communicate with other lawyers and clients. In addition to the written assignments, each student will also make a short oral report to the Professor.
