LAW-5011 CIVIL PROCEDURE
This course is about the process through which civil legal disputes are resolved in American federal courts. It addresses broad issues of justice and governmental power. It also deals with some very practical questions, such as how the legal system works and the lawyer's role within that system. Ethical and professionalism concerns raised in conjunction with the adversarial process will also be addressed.
