LAW-6148 FIRST AMENDMENT

This is a three credit doctrinal course that focuses on the First Amendment. It is taught according to the traditional case-law method approach. Students will develop an understanding of First Amendment covering the speech and religious clauses. This is a complementary course to Con Law, which is a pre-requisite.
