LAW-6060 ADVANCED TRIAL ADVOCACY

The emphasis in this course will be more specific than it was in the basic Trial Advocacy course, which was a survey course. That is, we have chosen to emphasize select trial skills where we felt strongly that students would benefit from workshop practice beyond the survey exposure gained in the basic course. This course, like basic Trial Advocacy, will be conducted largely in workshop format.
