EMS-2668 PARAMEDIC 2 FIELD/CLINICAL
EMS2668 Practicum providing the opportunity in hospital and out-of-hospital settings for each student to develop competency in clinical skills necessary to serve as a member of an advanced life support team. Stresses the integration of clinical problem solving. Directed clinical experiences include pre-hospital, emergency departments and critical care units. This course includes the latest National EMS Education Standards for Paramedic Programs. For students to qualify academically for EMS2665, they must have successfully completed a nationally approved/accredited Emergency Medical Technician program prior to applying.
