EMS-2601L PARAMEDIC 1 LAB
EMS 2601L is designed to reinforce concepts and skills learned at the EMT level and to integrate this knowledge with beginning advanced life support concepts and skills. The laboratory exercises include a review of skills related to patient assessment, airway management, venipuncture/intravenous therapy, pharmacology and administration techniques, and trauma management. Prerequisites: For students to qualify academically for EMS2601, they must have successfully completed a nationally approved/accredited Emergency Medical Technician program prior to applying. Co-Requisites: EMS2601, EMS2664.
