LAW-6300 ADVANCED ETHICS
Advanced Ethics is an upper level seminar course where the students will participate in weekly discussions regarding a variety of ethical and legal professionalism issues that practicing lawyers encounter throughout their careers. The instructor seeks to introduce to the students a "real world" approach to identifying and analyzing ethical issues and problems and provides practice tips for prospective Barry Law lawyers. Topics include those encountered by law firm practitioners, in-house counsel, prosecutors and other government lawyers, public defenders, judges, and law professors.
