LAW-6117 DISABILITY LAW

This will be a three credit course that will initially consider the definition of disability by focusing on the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 as well as other federal and state statues and applicable case law. Disability Law will then focus on the rights of persons with disabilities to education, employment, public accommodations, housing and health care.
