LAW-6107 EDUCATION LAW

This course provides an overview of Education Law for those who want to study how law shapes the way that education is delivered in the US. Topics may include legal problems arising in higher education as well as in primary and secondary school systems Issues may include the public/private school distinction, students' rights and contemporary questions facing educators.
