LAW-6897 BANKRUPTCY CLINIC
The bankruptcy clinic course will provide a forum for students to apply bankruptcy law in a practical context. Students will talk with and provide general information to potential bankruptcy court litigants, either debtors or creditors. Students, with the assistance of the professor and other attorneys, will provide general information on a wide range of topics; including filing proof of claims, petition preparation, reaffirmation process and state exemptions. Students will obtain first-hand experience with clients. (Pre-requisite: Bankruptcy)
