AIC-305 AUTOMATION & AGENTIC AI
This course introduces automation and agentic AI from a business workflow perspective. Students learn how to identify tasks suitable for automation or augmentation, design human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluate AI agents and copilots, apply guardrails, and assess operational risks. Through hands-on exercises and prototypes, students explore how automation and agentic systems can improve business processes while maintaining human oversight and accountability.
