AIC-301 DATA READINESS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
This course prepares students to assess organizational data readiness and use business intelligence methods to support decision-making and AI adoption. Students learn how to evaluate data quality, identify data sources, define key performance indicators, apply basic governance and privacy principles, and develop dashboards that communicate insights to business stakeholders. The course emphasizes practical application through hands-on assignments, data readiness assessments, dashboard development, and executive-style communication.
