LAW-6337 SUPREME COURT SESSION REVIEW

This seminar course is an in depth review of previous years Supreme Court decisions, providing an opportunity to study the impact the Court's decisions has on the lower courts and on the country. Students may write a paper to satisfy their Upper Level Writing Requirement to satisfy the course requirements.
