This course examines the legal structuring of business dealings that cross the national boundaries. The topics include international sales of goods, distributorship agreements and licensing technology; foreign direct investment in business organizations; economic development agreements, construction contracts and joint ventures, and application of US antitrust laws to international transactions and to the developing competition policy in other nation states.
