AIC-405 AI TRANSFORMATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
This course prepares students to lead and support organizational change related to AI and digital transformation. Students learn how to assess readiness, map stakeholders, communicate change, design adoption plans, develop training and enablement strategies, and measure value realization. The course emphasizes responsible leadership, human-centered implementation, and the organizational impact of AI-enabled change.
