MBA-629 AI PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
This course focuses on the implementation of well-defined AI projects within a business and organizational context. Students will gain experience through a real or simulated consulting project, which includes defining the problem, applying AI frameworks, creating project roadmaps, and presenting findings and solutions. Emphasis will be placed on learning how to structure, document, and present the AI project effectively.
