ISR-145 P/F: WALK, JOG, RUN

This course is designed to assist you to build a good foundation of current knowledge and practice in cardiovascular training. Emphasis will be placed upon: fitness components, walk/jog/running techniques, individualized program design, pacing strategies, psychological and social dimensions of cardiovascular training, nutrition, and specialty topics.
