POS-308 CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
This course provides an examination of constitutional principles, legal doctrines, and landmark Supreme Court decisions that have shaped the interpretation and application of the United States Constitution. Through the use of the case method approach, students will explore the foundations of constitutional law, the structure of the U.S. Constitution, and the evolving jurisprudence that governs the relationship between government institutions and individual rights.
