Transcript Requests

To request an official transcript, current students may order transcripts by accessing Colleague Self Service at https://studentportal.barry.edu. Alumni and former students may order transcripts online at https://www.barry.edu/en/registrar/transcripts/.

Barry University does not withhold transcripts due to unpaid tuition and fees. However, it is critical to resolve outstanding financial obligations to avoid potential consequences, including but not limited to:

Registration Holds: Students with outstanding balances may not be permitted to register for future classes.
Diploma Withhold: Graduating students may have their diplomas withheld until balances are settled.
Collection Agency Referral: Unresolved balances may be referred to a collection agency.
