SW-744 EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATION

This course highlights the essential roles and responsibilities of an executive leader and examines trauma-informed strategies that can be incorporated into administrator roles to elevate an organization's mission and vision, strategic planning, service provision, human resource management, budgeting, fundraising, community engagement and performance evaluation. As well, the course focuses on the ways in which these roles and responsibilities can extend beyond the organizational setting into that of agent of change in a broader social context.
