The Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) program provides students with entry level knowledge ranging from standard office skills and office procedures, to developing a knowledge base in medical terminology, record keeping systems, transcription and patient file maintenance, with a focus on the non-clinical aspects of the medical office environment.
