Admission to the Pre-Nursing program (First Time Freshman and Transfer students)
Pre-Nursing is a pre-professional track that consists of approximately two years of general education, prerequisites, and supporting courses needed for admission to the Traditional or Accelerated Option BSN. If students wish to transfer credits from another institution, it is highly recommended that they contact our pre-nursing advisors after submitting their application to ensure that the courses taken are equivalent to those required by Barry University. Transferred credits are reviewed by our professional transcript evaluators and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
