SES-109 BECOMING YOUR PERSONAL BEST
This course is designed to help students develop life skills in resiliency, which are important for becoming your best self. The program consists of six modules, each focused on a different area of resiliency skills: Self-Identity, Mindset, Problem Solving, Perseverance, Relationships, and Confidence. Each module introduces students to a skill area through a video that features an Olympic or Paralympic athlete. Through these athletes' stories, students will get to see the skills modeled in real life, before engaging in their own exploration, reflection, and activities to develop their own resiliency skills.
