PSY-418 ADOLESCENT DEVELOPMENT
This course explores developmental processes that impact the biological, cognitive, and psychosocial changes from adolescence to young adulthood. Students will investigate and analyze the conceptualization, organization, and framework of adolescent perspectives. Topics such as ethnic identity formation, gender issues, the Internet, effects of single-parent families will be considered. Prerequisite: PSY 206: Principles of Psychology Corequisite: ENG 302: Academic Writing and Research
