SI-010 ACTIVE READING & LEARNING STRATEGIES

This course is designed to develop students' understanding and application of active reading strategies in order to comprehend and retain material in college-level texts. Emphasis in this course is placed on reading comprehension, vocabulary development, reading fluency, and critical thinking skills. This course does not fulfill distribution, General Education, or degree requirements. CR/NC only.
