HIS-390 U.S. HISTORY SINCE 1945

A study of the effects of the cold war on the diplomacy, domestic politics and culture of the United States. Topics include the development of the cold wat, McCarthyism, Civil Rights Movement, the Korean and Vietnam Wars, cultural changes in the 1960s, Watergate and the end of the cold war. Prerequisite: HIS 102, 202 or 150.
