Delinquent Accounts

If a student’s account shall become delinquent, the account may be referred to a collection agency or to an attorney or both. In such event, the student shall be liable for the balance due plus any fees of the collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a minimum of 33⅓ percent of the debt, attorneys’ fees, court costs, and all other charges associated with the collection of the debt, together with interest at the maximum rate allowed by law.
