LAW-5110 LEGAL METHODS I
Succeeding in law school presents challenges unique among other education settings. It requires skills and learning approaches that many students have not used extensively prior to pursuing a J.D. This course will help you build those skills. Course topics include legal analysis and case synthesis, issue-spotting, exam preparation and performance, learning theory, and the IRAC writing method. Students will receive extensive feedback and guidance on a variety of exercises including a mock midterm and final. June 19 2018 6:55 PM Julie Hagaman
