BMS-623 MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGY I

This course covers the physical and chemical structure of bacteria and fungi, major human diseases associated with these microorganisms including identification, pathogenicity, mode of transmission, treatment, and chemotherapeutic drugs. 3 hours lecture, 2 hours lab weekly.
